What Should we Pack for the Family Trip to Nepal?

Pack comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, sun protection, and any necessary medications. Depending on the season. If you are travelling in Autumn and Winter, you should bring warm clothes. Summer and Spring is hot so, warm clothes is not necessary. But if you planning to go mountain then you need warm clothes for sure.  A basic first-aid kit and travel insurance are recommended.

Are there good Medical Facilities in Nepal?

Major cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan have good medical facilities. It’s advisable to carry a basic first-aid kit and check travel insurance coverage. In more remote areas and mountain areas there won’t be good medical  facilities. If you get sick during the trekking you will get rescued by helicopter and take you to the city. We strongly  suggest you to buy good insurance policy if you are doing high altitude trek.
