Booking & Payment

  • A minimum 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance can be paid after your arrival in Nepal before the trip begins.
  • We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. We accept debit and credit card as well but if you pay by card, there will be 4% additional bank service charges.

Cancellation & Trip Changes

  • If you need to cancel your trip due to an emergency and wish to request a refund, please inform us by email at least 30 days before the trip departure date.
  • If you would like to make changes to your itinerary or travel plan, please contact us by email as early as possible.
  • Changes to destinations or itineraries may result in additional costs, and travelers are responsible for any price differences.

Please note that these policies are general guidelines and exceptions may apply in unavoidable circumstances.

Risk & Responsibility

Adventure travel activities such as trekking, climbing, and outdoor tours involve certain risks. By booking with Royal Holidays Adventure, you understand and accept these risks and agree to take personal responsibility for your safety during the trip.

Royal Holidays Adventure will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, or delays that may occur during your trip.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Personal injury
  • Loss or theft of luggage and belongings

Travel insurance provides important protection in case of unexpected situations.

Early Trip Completion

If you choose to leave or finish the trip earlier than the planned itinerary, no refund will be provided for unused services.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through friendly discussion and mutual understanding whenever possible.
